The Sales Specialist at Ranked plays a crucial role in driving revenue by acquiring and managing brand partnerships. Here's what they need to know and do:

Sales Reporting and Analysis: They should track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics using CRM tools and analytics platforms. This data helps assess sales effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: The Sales Specialist should be skilled in lead generation techniques, including cold and warm outreach, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms to identify and engage potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing Deals: The Sales Specialist should have strong negotiation skills to navigate pricing discussions, contract terms, and deal structures. They should be adept at overcoming objections and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands and influencers is key. Sales Specialists should be proactive in reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, conducting sales meetings, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Role Description

This is a contract role for an experienced Sales Specialist. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the Creator Marketing landscape, including industry trends, best practices, key players, and popular platforms, as it is crucial for effectively selling Ranked's services to potential clients. This role will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. They will provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. The Sales Specialist will also participate in sales training sessions and work closely with the sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Experience in Sales at a global Streaming company.
  • 2 years of Experience in Sales at a Big-Box retailer
  • 2 years of Experience in Sales at a Social Media company.
  • Extremely Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in sales training and development.
  • Knowledge of sales management techniques.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in the Entertainment Industry.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge with CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $46,341.70 - $55,809.36 per year
